Sword Beach & 6th Airborne Tour
(half day)

This half-day tour is made for you if you have not enough times to discover the landing beaches.

During the visit, you will discover Sword Sector, located in Hermanville-sur-mer where the 3rd infantry division landed on june 6th 1944.

You will see «Pegasus Bridge» at Bénouville, where the men of Major Howard of the 6th Airborne Division captured in silence the bridge and defend it until the arrival of the reinforcements.

To complete the tour, we will go to the Commonwealth cemetery of Ranville and pay our respect to the fallen.
