What will you see during this tour ?
This full day tour is made for you if you have an interest about the US paratroopers. The night before the landing, two american airborne divisions jumped over the Cotentine Peninsula. Each division had crucial objectives to ensure the success of the amphibious assault on Utah Beach.
During the day, i will show you the exact locations where the 82nd airborne and the 101st Airborne Divison defended Crossroads, bridges and seized causeways to avoid any German counter attacks.
Through anecdotes of paratroopers, from different regiments, and french civilians, i will show you the true «movie locations» of the Most Famous HBO mini serie «Band Of Brothers» and follow the footsteps of Lt Richard «Dick» Winters in Normandy.
