During the visit, you will discover the different highlights of Gold Sector, from Ver-sur-Mer to Asnelles, where the 50th infantry division landed on june 6th 1944.
You will go to Longues-sur-Mer, where the Germans built a coastal battery equipped with four guns of 152mm and then see the remains of the artificial port, built by the British, at Arromanches.
You will visit the Normandy British Memorial, overlooking Gold Beach, to pay tribute to the fallen soldiers.

The monument was dedicated in 2021. It records the names of 22 442 service men and women who fell on june 6th 1944 and during the Normandy battle.
